While tax cuts are needed rolling back regulation, which is going gang busters, is probably more important right now. Given the line up for 2018 the roadblocks in the senate will become speed bumps. GDP is picking up momentum, when the Gulf LNG plants and refineries are back online we should hit 4% economic growth. That will get the rest of agenda passed.
