EOS are not laws.
Executive orders are based on passed laws and direct federal agencies how to implement those laws based on the President's interpretation of those laws.

Would you refer to a crazy white man in black face as an African American, a victim of slavery because he asked you to?He can call himself whatever he wants so I suppose any one can.
So you don’t have the nuts to stay serious on the matter? You and yer felon president are nutz I do know that.
Would you refer to a crazy white man in black face as an African American, a victim of slavery because he asked you to?
Would you refer to a 40 year old in a diaper and with a pacifier as a baby because they wanted you to?
I know, I know…sounds fucking crazy right?
Where do you think the lunacy is headed?
I am serious. I believe yer type along with Trump's are bullies picking on the weak.Yer type and Trump's are anti- liberty, anti- freedom and suppressors of people, and to me that is nutz.So you don’t have the nuts to stay serious on the matter?

Read your own posts…do you hear how unserious you sound as you squirm trying to defend indefensible lunacy…notice how you always default to some comedic bullshit because you know you can’t stay serious, logical and rational?I'd likely say "whatever" and go on my way.
Are you asking me to call you "baby"?
That’s how you wackos lost America…you honestly believe one is bullying or suppressing when they refuse to play along with the crazies.I am serious. I believe yer type along with Trump's are bullies picking on the weak.Yer type and Trump's are anti- liberty, anti- freedom and suppressors of people, and to me that is nutz.

Exactly, which is what happened in this case. Except that the weirdo white knighting for the tranny lost his marbles when someone else referred to Mr. McBride by his legal definition.
They are not laws. They cannot override legislation.Executive orders are based on passed laws and direct federal agencies how to implement those laws based on the President's interpretation of those laws.
They are not laws. They cannot override legislation.
To the topic, this is stupid. These people are being paid by us, not to showboat, but to actually do something.
Irrelevant. They cannot contravene existing or future legislation and can be overturned by the next executive. If you actually read them, they call out the laws they are based on.
I get your point but your example is someone else deciding what to call a person.
Irrelevant. They cannot contravene existing or future legislation and can be overturned by the next executive.
Why should I care what people call themselves? It means nothing to me.
And?
No, they literally aren't.They are based on laws passed by congress, and said laws are referenced in them.
I don't care what they call themselves either, but it doesn't mean the rest of us have to play along with make believe. I've addressed this before and said the best way to approach this issue with him for people who don't want to affirm his delusions is to say "Representative McBride from Delaware" and leave the labels off. That's how I would go about it.
No, they literally aren't.
Offtopic however.
Moreover, under Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 (Title IX), educational institutions receiving Federal funds cannot deny women an equal opportunity to participate in sports. As some Federal courts have recognized, “ignoring fundamental biological truths between the two sexes deprives women and girls of meaningful access to educational facilities.” Tennessee v. Cardona, 24-cv-00072 at 73 (E.D. Ky. 2024). See also Kansas v. U.S. Dept. of Education, 24-cv-04041 at 23 (D. Kan. 2024) (highlighting “Congress’ goals of protecting biological women in education”).
