Deleted Scene from original Lethal Weapon?

I just saw this on youtube...it seems to be an entire sequence from Lethal Weapon that never made the theaters.........has anyone else seen it?

My most favorite scene of that film is when Roger and Riggs get their bullet sheets back while at the firing range and Riggs is like, "I would if I slept!" after Roger asked him if he sleeps with his gun.
