Day One Trump 2nd Presidency

When it comes to doing things that personally help Trump but do not help the nation, yes!

When Trump talks about revenge, when he talks about pardoning convicted Jan 6th protestors, when he talks about going after the Democrats with the military, and when he talks about "house cleaning", which means instituting his own swamp, then yes as well.
Talk, talk, talk. Do you know what rhetoric is? Now ask yourself, what vegetable that is currently in the WH was actually responsible for the political persecutions that prompted that rhetoric. Not talk, actual vindictive, illegal, lawfare. I am still waiting for you to name a member of the swamp that Trump has created.

This latter is the most important thing for Trump. Getting HIMSELF out of problems and getting revenge on those that were doing their job but since it was against Trump, he cannot accept that!
The American people elected Trump to undo all the damage Biden and the Democrats have done to America and the world over the last 4 years, and that is what he will do starting on day 1!

He will be a failure. He will cause more damage than anything he fixes. That is his history and nature. He is incompetent by nature.

Trump hasn't talked about any of those things, unless you have links to prove it. Do you?

You truly are misinformed, aren't you?

What Trump has said he will do on Day 1

WASHINGTON (AP) — Donald Trump has said he wouldn’t be a dictator — “except for Day 1.” According to his own statements, he’s got a lot to do on that first day in the White House.
His list includes starting up the mass deportation of migrants, rolling back Biden administration policies on education, reshaping the federal government by firing potentially thousands of federal employees he believes are secretly working against him, and pardoning people who were arrested for their role in the riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Here, from FOX News

He will be a failure. He will cause more damage than anything he fixes. That is his history and nature. He is incompetent by nature.
He will do what the American people voted for him to do, and true to form the Democrats will try to stop him from doing what the American people want him to do.

Like I said. he will FAIL to do what the American people voted him to do. He is incompetent and a narcissist. He doesn't care about doing things right, he cares about people kissing his ass.

Nice description, too bad it perfectly describes the current occupant of the WH and you are unable to see it.

If you were smarter, by now you would realize that's the kind of nonsense that helped get him elected.

If you were smarter, you would realize that what you call "nonsense", is basically human nature. Some people are good and some are bad and a "few" are evil and a few are angels. That is humanity and as long as you fail to understand that, you will keep voting for an incompetent narcissist who only cares about himself.

Nonetheless, Trump remains a "convicted felon" who is now president
.I think you mean *convicted felon

The left took away any legitimacy they had when they started vowing to get trump the moment he announced his candidacy for president in 2015. From that point on, everything was viewed, rightly, as a political witch hunt.

Braggs case was flimsy, even top NY lawyers were saying that. Letitia James won a case that people have said, other real estate tycoons do all the time and nobody had been prosecuted for before. She also campaigned on suing trump. That alone should have disqualified her, because it showed that she was going to use her office for personal bias.

So yeah, trump is a *convicted felon. Maybe when all is said and done, he will have some company.

Trump did more to advance this country during his admin in spite of an obstructionist congress that was hell bent on unjustly ruining the best potus of the 21st century. That is why he won his SECOND term in an historic landslide victory. Enjoy the next four years. We will.

One problem with your way of thinking.

The charges first went through a grand jury (How many people are on a grand jury in New York? 23 citizens. In New York, the grand jury is an arm of a superior court. In Orange County, the superior court is Orange County Court. A grand jury consists of 23 citizens, who the court selects at random, and who are intended to reflect a fair cross-section of the community) and they are the ones that determine whether existing laws were broken and whether thre is enough evidence to take it to trial. A majority is needed for an indictment to occur. Then, there were 12 jurors (half of which are picked by the defense) that decide the fate of the accused based on the evidence presented. All 12 need to agree for a guilty verdict to be given.

As such, how it came to be is unimportant. Laws needed to be broken and all 12 of the peers had to agree to give the guilty verdict.

This is simply another excuse given by the Trumpers to explain his criminal behavior not being criminal.

Having to repeat this a thousand times for blind-by-choice people like yourself to understand that this is NOT what you believe it is, is getting tiresome. This is common knowledge that anyone with half a brain can research and understand.

I guess you'll be singing a different tune when it is all thrown out and Engoron's kangaroo court rulings are overturned on appeal. Having to repeat this a thousand times for blind-by-choice people like yourself to understand that this is NOT what you believe it is, is getting tiresome.

The grand jury only decides if the prosecution has presented sufficient evidence to take the case to trial. They do not opine on any guilt or innocence.

I'm not saying trump is guilty or innocent, I'm saying that the whole thing was brought about by partisan politics, have, and a desire to "get trump". They only difference between trump and some other members of congress, and some past president's, is those people haven't been hounded 24/7 for 9 years.....yet.

That is what I said. Nonetheless, a grand jury determines whether a law was broken or not. That is addressing the erroneous idea that all of this was MADE UP for Trump exclusively.

Trump is the one that brought than on. He earned all the attention all by himself.

Dude get over it. Americans can care less about his personal life or his attitude. Americans want financial security, controlled immigration, quality of life, etc. Democrats failed and failed to even get the message to voters that change is on the way. Instead, Democrats bet everything on celebrities endorsement.

A grand jury doesn't determine if a law was broken, that's what the trial does. The grand jury determines if there is probable cause to move forward. Probable cause doesn't mean any crime has been committed, it means there is sufficient evidence to move forward to a trial. Probable cause basically means, something MAY have been done to warrant an investigation and a trial.

Trump didn't bring this on himself. The democrats who didn't want him to run brought this on him. Look at it like this, had trump not ran for president in 2016, NONE of this would be happening. This is 100% political, by those who wanted to keep trump out of the white house.
