It's a controversial decision by a major U.S. Corporation that will effect millions of people.

It's a controversial decision by a major U.S. Corporation that will effect millions of people.

How will it affect millions of people? So some people will not be able to buy their smokes at CVS anymore. It's not like they can't buy them at the gas station right down the street, and probably for less money.
