President Trump et al in the Trump administration have a bad habit of "penalizing" rogue politicians, judges, etc. by cutting funding to the jurisdictions, and letting it go at that. This does not do a damn thing to penalize these politicians who are millionaires or billionaires, and feel no pain from the loss of the federal $$$$$$.

Instead of improving the situation (sanctuary cities, crime, infrastructure repairs, etc, all this does is make situations worse.
It winds up as defunding police, fire departments, some worthwhile social programs, and winds up creating MORE crime, rather than less.

After the racist murder of a white, Ukrainian refugee woman, by a black slasher, who was released back to the streets by a soft, Democrat judge, Tennessee Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., told Newsmax on Tuesday morning, that she has introduced a bill that would restrict federal funding to sanctuary cities and states that do not enforce cash bail. (which should have had a very high bail for a homeless guy who had had been arrested and released 14 previous times). His criminal history, dating back to 2014, includes armed robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Well, the intent might be good, but the result won't be. That judge probably lives in a very safe, community, in a nice house with lots of security, and rides around in a new car with bulletproof windows. The funding cutting won't bother that judge at all.

The ones who will suffer are lower income people riding on public transportation, like 23 yr old Iryna Zarutska, who just lost her life. There needs to be a toughing of bail rules nationwide, as Democrat politicians in blue cities. terrified of being called a "racist", are too inclined to go easy on dangerous criminals, especially if they're a minority race.

Sanctuary city mayors & governors (let's name names > Gavin Newsome, Karen Bass, JB Pritzker, Brandon Johnson. Michelle Wu, et al, need to be IN JAIL, for violation of US Code 8, Section 1324. When that happens, their replacements won't be so quick to go easy on illegal aliens and other criminals. Stop pussyfooting, and crack down! If President Trump & Pam Bondi won't do the job like it needs to be done, we need to replace them with people who will.

Don't think that by saying cutting funding is too weak, that I am advocating to maintain or increase funding. Chicage police chief referring to the loss of 6,200 officers, complained that federal money given to Chicago, was given to illegal aliens. That money could have been spent on the thise 6,200 cops.

Maybe the mayor and city councilmember (Democrats) figure they's rather have the miney go to legal aliens (and votes for them), rather than to reduce crime.

In fact, these scoundrels might even have it figured that high crime is good for them, since that gives them another excuse to request more money from the feds. Only to be dumped over to illegal aliens, or in their own private pockets.

Numerous reports about money meant for the homeless in Los Angeles, got lost, and nobody seems to know where it went. Likewise in chaotic Los Angeles, $100 million raised from the "FireAid" concerts, hasn't gotten to the fire victims.

Congressman Kevin Kiley (R-CA) said “We’ve learned that of the $100 million raised at the celebrity “Fire Aid” concert, none actually went to LA fire victims,” posted Kiley on X. “Instead the money went to nonprofits, many that have nothing to do with fire relief." These examples show that funding in general, needs to be investigated, as well as the politicians invoved with that funding.

I don't see what option two is. Democrats absolutely refuse to crack down on crime.

I stated in the OP what Option 2 & 3 & 4 are.

Arrest mayors, governors, city council members, state legislators, who pass illegal sanctuary laws, and do other things to facilitate crime.

Sue them.

Disbar judges & prosecutors. Fire them.

When rogue judges & politicians FEEL PAIN, things will improve. Not before.

1. US govt needs to oversee & regulate federal funds going to blue states & cities.
2. Politiciams & judges too soft on crime (ez. Sanctuary laws) need to go to prison.

Since when can you arrest people for passing laws? Not enforcing existing laws gets you removed from office, but arrest? This is not the SS or KGB at work.

Going to prison is not an option because there is no criminal statute. Work on that first and see if you can get it by the Democrats who will oppose you at every turn.

Nice rant BTW. I am the only one who has bothered to reply to your lunacy.

Since the laws that criminals like JB Pritzker, Brandon Johnson, Michelle Wu, et al pass, are in violation of US laws.
That was tough huh ?

Not only can governors & mayors be locked up for violation of these federal statute, in some cases they can get the death penalty, if the violation resulted in the deaths of people (which has happened is some instances)

Dont think so ? Read the statute. (1324)

Convictions in these cases are an automatic slam dunk, sinc ethe evidence to convict is clearly present in the local sanctuary laws. Loon Democrat politicians have hung themselves.

PS - a few weeks ago, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) sent prosecution papers to AG Pam Bondi (for US Code 8, Section 1324. She told 4 sanctuary mayors (Chicago, Denver, New York, Boston) right to their faces, she was turning them in for prosecution. You missed the video ?

What you call my "lunacy" is actually your ignorance, easily cured by Post # 9, including >>
  • 1 video of House Oversight Committee hearing +
  • 2 links to the criminal statues that you are are apparently clueless of.
No charge for the tutoring.

Good luck with that! Call me when you get an indictment and arrest. Until then it is all window dressing.

Nice deflection from the fact that you came into this thread without an ounce of knowledge of the subject matter. ("there is no criminal statute")

Thanks for tipping me off that your posts are a waste of time.

PS - a member of the House Oversight committe sends official charges to the US AG, for a crime (1324) that could carry long prison sentences, or even the death penalty, and you call it "window dressing". I havent heard any of these mayors (shiting bricks) call it that, & you wouldnt either, if you were in their shoes.

This whole thread is ******* nuts...

This crime was a failure in Mental Health Services.... The suspect suffered from paranoid schizophrenic and said multiple times that the government had implanted a chip in him. He needed help...

You can put this guy in Jail and you can put everyone who commits crimes leading up to this in jail. As cruel as your actions, it will not decrease crime... They need help. They are a danger to society while they remain untreated.

Your criminal statutes are so vague they cannot be proven. You have assumptions and no facts.

1. The statutes are perfectly clear enough.
2. They are not vague at all.
3. The facts of the crimes are the city and state sanctuary laws on the books, in black & white. No way they can hide from it. The evidence against them is government documented.
No prosecution could be easier.
Strike 3. Next batter.

Passing a law is not a ******* crime you moron!

HA HA, Interesting how the ones who throw the word "moron" around, are OBVIOUSLY the biggest morons in this forum.

EARTH TO ART: When the law you pass, absolutely, without a shadow of doubt, breaks another law, then yes it is a CRIME, you klutz.
And I no longer bother to ask if you get it.

Laws do not break laws. People do. Federal law is supreme according to the Constitution. Those laws are unconstitutional and should never be enforced, but liberal judges and DAs do not overturn those laws, making your point moot.

That is what you don't get! You don't think things through because you don't have the mental capacity.
