As of January 20th, 2026, Trumps first year of his second term is over.

Understanding Trump is NOT a god or a dictator, he is just an elected politician.......

What is the general consensus of his over all management process of the country so far?

I don't think that anyone should even consider polls. Not any of them.

Who cares if he is up in the polls or down.

He's a lame duck and unless he actually breaks the law, nothing can be done about his policies.

I certainly won't be voting for him again. lol

The start of next year, the GOP is going to have to decide who they will be backing for '28.

I like JD Vance or Marco Rubio in 2028. Both are top tier candidates.

Democrats don't have anyone on deck who can go toe to toe with Vance. His communication skills and intelligence are Democratic party kryptonite.

Rubio is shop worn. He's simply been around too long and ran too many times to be anything other than a stale bread candidate.
