There is an investigation into his death by the DC police. The medical examiner never said anything about a professional hit job. No one with a lick of sense thinks a professional hit job shoots someone in gut and runs away while they're still alive. They looked for the perpetrator but there were no leads and the case is unsolved like most murders.

After the FBI has admitted to these crimes and after they have demanded to be allowed to continue perpetrating these crimes IOT carry on the criminal cover-up of a murder, if the DOJ (or any judge) allows the FBI to continue to criminally cover this up for 6 more DECADES (60 years), the DOJ (and/or Judge) will voluntarily become comicit in the illegal / criminal cover-up.
