Why are the states with the highest population of blacks the states with the highest crime rate? And states with low populations of blacks, have the lowest crime rate? Like Utah, 3% black, lowest violent crime rate in the nation.

Louisiana, with NO, majority black, murder capital of the nation. Memphis, majority black, 2nd most dangerous city in the nation. The list goes on and on.
