What's the big deal? The producers of GoT can edit their series to remove and alter the offending scenes so that Oklahomans as well as younger viewers can enjoy it.

Nothing really new about this. Other movies and songs have had words that give offense removed or changed so they don't offend.

The group Dire Straits for example, had a word referring to guys taking it in the keister removed from "Money for Nothing" so as not to offend.
