White Farmers should file for an injunction in federal court. The Supreme Court ruled in 1976 University of California Board of Regents v. Bakke that university admissions standards based solely on race violated the Civil Rights Act of 1964. It was the first time the Court addressed reverse discrimination. Bakke won as white applicant to medical school. Also it violates white farmer's 14th Amendment right to "equal protection under law."
