There are few unforgivable sins that a cop can commit which will get the other cops after him in a mass. One of those is stealing from other cops. Stealing from regular citizens is understandable, but from your fellow gang members is not acceptable under any circumstances.

In this, the police are like any other criminal organization. You can steal from others, but you don't steal from the gang.
Well Jeffrey Coco was sentenced to twenty months after pleading Guilty. Anyone want to bet that Jeff finds time outside of prison just as difficult as every cop he stole from wants to do everything to put him back behind bars?
Jeff should have stuck to stealing from the citizenry that he was overseeing. Stealing a wad of cash from a drug house you're raiding is understandable, but not from the brother cops.
