you would not loose sites, you would loose some login/auth information. it is a balance of security vs comfort. you choose whatever you feel more comfortable with.

www.mybookmarks.com for all your url needs and http://www.maxthon.com/ for all your browsing (it has bunch of helpfull features in terms of login)

How often does everyone dump their cookies?

Not very often these days. I don't drink as much as I did in my younger days.


But to answer your question, I purge them about twice a week. And no, it doesn't cause me to lose any sites. It does mean that I have to sign in again at some sites.
