Recently I have been called a left winger, right winger, Liberal, etc, etc, etc. For any reason. So I did a little research, and to come to find out, there is not one I fully agree with. I may agree with ones philosophy, the other ideologies, another ones ideas, and another economic coordination, and disagree with others.
So what if you don't fully agree with any of them?
What would you be considered?
Is there a neutral?
Something in between, that agrees and disagrees with a little of each one?
Unfortunately, for the right, all these choices are binary.
I believe in healthcare for all Americans, not "let him die".
I believe that daycare should be available so parents can work, not "it's not my kid".
I believe that Americans need an education to fill some of the 6.2 million jobs currently available - Not "college is bad for America".
I believe that America can once again be leaders in science, not "scientists live off government grants".
I believe people who do work for you should be paid, not stiffed.
I believe all Americans, if they are not felons or minors, should have the right to vote, not voter suppression.
I believe unarmed blacks should be able to walk down the street, and not be shot for "walking while black".
I believe an American of Mexican heritage can make a great judge.
I believe that American POW's should be honored. Not told we like people who weren't captured.
I believe that poor children and Veterans shouldn't have their food stamps cut.
I believe billionaires aren't "needy" and don't need their taxes cut.
I believe churches that promote the murder of millions of gays should pay taxes.
And so much more. It's hard to find common ground with people who have beliefs that are opposite to my core beliefs.
