Chancelor Rich Lyons: I can't commit to that.
Congressman Michael Baumgartner makes the point that parents will be concerned to hear that with so much foreign influence on U.S. campuses, they accept foreign donations from donors who are promised anonymity.
Particularly a family whose American citizen high school graduate has been denied entry to a state and federally-funded university that acccepts a disproportionate number of students from oil-rich nations in the Middle East, and from India, China, and South Korea.
I'm not judging the rightness and wrongness of any infividual donation or admission. How can I? The university won't be transparent with me as an American Citizen and taxpayer as to the particulars of these donations and admissions.
