This fellow, Matt Frost, has bad credit.
I wouldn't rent to him either.
Why doesn't he move into a trailer park in the country and commute in? The rent would be low enough he could do it on his Uber salary. But blaming "racism" for his bad credit is crazy. BTW, if landlords had an easier time chucking deadbeats out of their apartments, they wouldn't be as picky as to who they let in.
