If congress would have had it their way most would rather sweep this under the rug. Congressional investigations typically do exactly that which is why congress has no business investigating themselves. This Jan 6th investigation put forth so much information that IMO congress HAD to refer the matter for prosecution for something because the person has so much history for committing crimes.

Then again this person brought on whatever transpires on himself. The person is insulting, insensitive, threatening, egotistical and sometimes boastful about his ability to get away with murder so to speak. IMO he continues to commit crimes by way of vocal chords and electronic conversation.
