Anyone experiencing this sort of thing today ? How many HR positions are on the chopping block because technology is closing the gap between the employee's and this new hands on technology that is basically cutting all the middle men out now ????
Problem - The tech is overthought, ridiculously complicated, unpredictable, , and very unstable. It's amazing how this BS is supposed to save us all, and it's suppose to make our lives less complicated and more convenient, but instead it's doing the opposite.
Companies attempting to cut out HR or customer service is a huge slap in the face to hardworking Americans. We pay for services and need human HR trained staffers to assist employee's or if a retail chain then it needs to assist their customer's by giving them the utmost courtesy and kindness when helping them. After all they are the forces that keep the engine running smooth, and safety job one as the doors fight to remain open.
Back in the day when complicated formulas and equations were brought before government in hopes for approval to be released, the government would tell them to take it back and simplify it, and then submit it again.
To much rubber stamping going on these days.
How about these Indian call center's and their broken languages, especially when attempting to contend with them now ???? Another crazy thing.
