But I'm noticing something problematic not discussed, about the affect of these false stories & narratives.
The Dem from New Mexico made false statements about the back channel and he got that false info from the MSM, therefore this fake news goes deep into the councils perceptions of events and truth which affect fair hearings and their ability to truly be on the panel of questioning.
A testifier is required to tell the truth, so isn't the Senator supposed to be honest and truthful as well? How can he, if he assumes his info is true and regurgitates false info
and parrots fake news?
This taints hearings in a terrible way and reveals why our Gov't doesn't function as it could and should.

A responsible media outlet doesn't "get it wrong" in the first place. They wait until the information is accurate and confirmed before releasing it.
