Fox News is the outlier to all the other polls. The CBS poll is in line with all the other polls. If you want to see if Trump is catching or has caught Clinton, he has to be closing in on all the other polls too, not just the Fox poll.

If you want to be optimistic, Clinton's lead narrowed in this poll from 10% taken last month to 6% today. It appears that Republicans are starting to fall behind Trump, which is good for him because he can't win under any circumstance if that doesn't happen.
