The foundation was/is an international money laundering mechanism, and shakedown racket, it could not exist if it weren't protected by the DOJ/FBI and it almost certainly pays cash out to many US senators, perhaps all but a dozen of them! Hillary, turned it into a international shakedown racket whilst lording it over Foggy Bottom, specifically, she charged foreign governments huge cash donations for access to the United States government! This is how she handed Russia 20% of all US urnaium mining, they dropped a juicey $20-million dollar donation into the "Foundation" and presto, they had themselves the Uranium One deal.
