So, the story I heard was that the original UN program to feed hungry children around the world was just a quick thing, simple, couple three pages long ... worked great, cut hunger in the world in half ...

The UN in its infinite wisdom decide to update the program into a 50,000 page 8 volume leviathan ... completely unworkable, crushed by its own weight ... and stop feeding hungry children ... a money pit these days ...

The current IPCC report runs five time longer than The Bible, about 1/3 as long as The Wheel of Time ... completely unworkable and crushed by its own weight ... typical UN workmanship ...
