Class-action lawsuit claims McDonald’s McRib doesn’t actually contain rib meat

Damn, I hope not, but you could be right. Did you ever read Upton Sinclair's The Jungle? When it comes to processed meats, you very well may sleep better, not knowing, especially with some of the compounds fillers and flavor enhancers in many fast foods now days. Don't make a regular diet of fast food ground processed meat or fish sandwiches. You are running the original multi-fuel engine. You can literally live on damn near anything (trust me. I have had survival training) in the short run, but simply have to not let some things become your daily diet.
I read it many years ago & Sinclair did plenty of research to back his claims. Also, when he mentioned Civil War soldiers poisoned & dying from contaminated canned "meat" processed in Chicago stockyards is definetely true.

The four plaintiffs allege the sandwich does not contain any rib meat, but instead is made up of ground-up portions of pork shoulder, heart and scalded stomach.

Well crap that ruined my weekend
So four persons have a lot of money to waste on a frivolous lawsuit.
Pity they couldn't have just given it to a charity

It has nothing to do with sleeping better. The problem at hand is that McDonalds markets their McRib as being made of real rib meat when it isn't. This is an instance of false advertisement.

It is friggin mystery meat, no doubt. But, it does taste good.

BFD !

Pork rib taste depends mostly on how seasoned and cooked.

Is the "Big Mac" really a "Mac" and does it matter ?

A name is a name is a marketing device .....

The plaintiffs need to grow up and put their adult pants on.
