A few over on twitter contacted me (I link A LOT of threads from here to there), asking about that thread. When I clicked it, it said that thread can no longer be viewed. Why not? It wasn't originated here. It came from MeWe. Was it too...tentatively hostile?

There are other organizations and ways to achieve the same or similar.
Up here in this 4th Corner of the PNW we have a group taking a more peaceful but assertive course of action, We Will ~ Shop, Dine, Support, and 'be responsible for our lives without Ober Fuhrer dictatorship of Gummit (Government).
