This astounding idiot allowed Covid to run unimpeded at the most critical juncture of a pandemic. Testing and tracing at the very beginning is absolutely crucial to mitigating a highly contagious lethal disease.
Then someone showed the moron how to clean a surface with a disinfectant and that bright light kills viruses on surfaces. These are simple hygiene methods to prevent contagion, and someone realized the dipshit probably didn't know that, so they showed him.
And the moron thought we should try shining bright light and injecting disinfectant into people.
