If you haven't paid attention this has been going on for decades.
They're called DEW's or directed energy weapons. The guy who worked at a Florida Naval base who went on a rampage and killed 12 co workers was a victim of these weapons. Of course everyone said he was crazy but thats the furthest thing from the truth.
There are many cases like this from all over the world and the descriptions are all exactly the same.
It took politicians saying they were being targeted before anyone took this seriously.
