Chinese warships make 'unusual' voyage near US ally Australia

When they deploy to the Gulf of America for a few months then I will start to be concerned.
We should already be concerned about the thousands of military age single Chinese men among the millions of migrants Biden invited/let into our country. Agreed that warships off our coast would exacerbate the observation that China is up to something. And the Chinese are not the only country sending single military age men. At least 75% of the Chinese and others were allowed to disappear into the USA with their intentions unknown.

China now possesses the worlds largest Navy, the worlds largest Army and the worlds most advanced technology.

Wonder why they have an app most Americans adore and are loyal to called (wait for it)....TIC TOK

I finally figured out why all those people are worried about those ships. All the paratroopers from the "Red Dawn" movies are on them. They damn near took over America so conquering Australia would be a walk in the park.

Australia needs nuclear weapons...not nuke powered submarines with conventional missiles arriving in 2035...that will be too late, experts say.

Commercial airline pilot informed the Aust gov/military about the Chinese warships doing live firing for a second time...or they wouldn't have known.
The People are asking the federal govt what's going on...how come they didn't know.

Australia currently hosts a U.S. Navy base in Perth located far away from Sydney, which is China's frequent target. A United States Navy base was built during World War II at Sydney to deter the Japanese invasion. Australia needs to build a new one at Naval Base Sydney to scare off the Chinese. Chinese warships have never been sighted off Tokyo Bay because of the present United States naval base located next to Yokosuka, beginning in 1945.

Guaranteed. Maybe quite a few.

Hopefully that is true, because people in Australia are worried.
PM Albanese told us he had smoothed things over with China and it was our good friend again.
Now this, Chinese warships off Sydney firing missiles around.
Sky News host Andrew Bolt said that China just "b*tch slapped Albanese, called him "handsome boy" in recent times, and played him like a trout".

There is no US Navy base there. They merely make port calls. The closest navy base is in Japan, the one you mentioned.

Guam or the Philippines are closer to Australia than Japan ? Or have we not moved back into that base hit by the Volcano ( Subic?) again and have no Naval / Military bases in the Philippines ???

No bases in the Philippines. I doubt Guam is closer, but maybe not much more, or less. There are no combat ships permanently assigned to Guam.

Watching Zelenskyy get carved up in the White House today...screened on Sky News Australia...therefore on my tv screen...people in Australian media/society, judging by commenters in the Daily Telegraph online since then...are basically saying "YIKES!!!"

Given that President Trump seemed very vague about Australia, and not aware what 'AUKUS' is, when asked yesterday in a meeting...the media/people/commenters are not at all confident he would go to war with China over Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, etc.

Looks like President Trump is basically going to toss the A US FTA [free trade agreement] in the trash bin if he decides not to removed the tariffs on Australia's steel and aluminium soon.
Sad really.

The 3 Chinese warships [and likely a submarine] are now circling Australia, gathering intelligence, defence experts suggest for a land invasion.
China has said Australia should expect to see more Chinese warships visiting the area on a regular basis.

they was gettin' some coke
