Make the deal such that violations result in heavy punishment. Also, don't go below a certain tariff threshold.

Also, China might be referring to this because they would rather Trump go back to that deal rather than to negotiate a more fair deal with a more competent negotiating team.

Trump got China down to 10% tariff, lower than in 2024, that is a huge win for American businesses, it means they can compete with China and other countries in selling in China which has billions to buy there product, by us having the 30% tariff on Chinese goods that helps close the trade deficit. It is a win all the way around. That is the reason the stock market jumped up today. If it had been a wash the market would not reacted this way.
