It's not a racist term. It expresses the exact status of a person with the country in question. Not all illegal immigrants are Hispanic. Some are actually white skinned. But, Democrats have nothing to run on so they have to fall back to their "racism" responses to sane conservative politics. Settling in an undeveloped land and building a civilization is not comparable to moving to a post-industrial nation and signing up for Welfare and Healthcare.
