These murders in Chicago are in certain areas of town that are run by drug gangs. Chicago police and/or politicians must be either actively involved with the drug cartels, or the cartels are blackmailing them.
There is NO EXCUSE for not stopping this violence.
If this was going on in NAPERVILLE, I bet something would be done....wouldn't it?
