Chicago declared a disaster area and has called in FEMA

Chicago has been declared a disaster area by the Biden administration as FEMA has been called in to assist recovery, despite the fact that no hurricane, tornado, or other natural phenomenon seems to have hit Chicago in modern memory. The Federal government has also called in an army of social workers to try and remedy the crime ridden city that has been devastated since the 1970's.

"Are you depressed", asked on social worker to a homeless person sleeping on the sidewalk. "If so, I am here for counseling How about some clean needles? That should cheer you up. Why are you not smiling?"

Another social worker was offerring homeless people a free sex change and/or abortion. "No worries, Kamala is paying for that now" screamed the social worker at people passing by"

Bullet proof vests were given to social workers once 14 had been shot dead in one day. "God Bless Joe Biden and FEMA!" screamed one social worker. "We finally have a shot at living while we do our jobs with these handy vests on, no pun intended. Praise be the JoBiden!"

"Can we go back to North Carolina where they just threaten to shoot us instead of actually going through with it?", asked another FEMA worker.

No word yet on what FEMA will do with a million flotation devices accidently sent there instead of North Carolina and Florida.
