I don't know if that qualifies as a hate crime. You have not shown any evidence he stabbed her for being Asian.

As for the race of the victim, they did report her name is Jessica Vilaythong. I think that's a giveaway she is Asian, or at least married to an Asian.

Well at least Chase Bank has their priorities in order. They won't have any negative impact of General Flynn using their credit card, phew. They can handle violence against their employees, but not a woke mob angry at them.
