But there may be another explanation . They may not see the problem of racism in the same way that others see it. A majority of Black Republicans and those leaning Republican believe that individual racist acts are a bigger problem, while a majority of Black Democrats say racism in laws is the bigger problem. Therefore Kirk's of institutional racism did not represent a threat to them
