CCI Clean .22LR ammo

I guess this stuff has been but there for a few years now, but I just got a CMMG .22LR Conversion for my AR-15 and stumbled across it. They say it prevents a lot of crap in your barrel and suppressor, which I am waiting for the ATF to approve. They also got .22LR Quiet ammo too, and I'm wondering how quiet. We're talking about indoors shooting here, as in inside the house. I believe both are a bit more expensive and a bit harder to get, so is it worth it? Has anybody tried it?

I don't see it doing what CCI Standard won't do. It's subsonic.
