Made this last night...Mario Batali recipe..
1 Cauliflower bunch
1/3 cup Mascarpone cheese
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
Salt & Pepper
1 T butter
Really good, the mascarpone cheese makes it, if you can't find that you can mix a little cream cheese with sour cream.
