That's not true they got many of them on trespassing for entering the capitol... and they threw the book at them... some were jailed for months awaiting trials... we don't do that here... but the angry militant dems you vote for don't care... Biden's entire fing cabinet should be in prison for many reasons but especially the way they treated the J-6 protesters....

What I find the most amusing about these posts from the pedominions, is they are always in the past tense. As if the head pedo isn't looking at a long list of not so distant future criminal charges waiting for him.

There won't be any future charges for the people that will be testifying against him then either.

Republican lawmakers have finally referred Cassidy Hutchinson to the Department of Justice to see if criminal charges can be brought against her.
And I say “finally,” because Hutchinson is the lunatic who testified under oath that she’d been told that President Donald Trump was so upset the Secret Service would not allow him to attend the rally at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, he literally got into a physical altercation in the presidential limo known as “The Beast.”

Liz Cheney and her fellow committee members had Hutchinson testify to this publicly, although they certainly had to know she was lying. I knew she was lying. Granted, I’m not omniscient, but I’m also not stupid. There was no way in hell a story like this wouldn’t leak over nearly two years.
Anyway…
The Secret Service immediately contradicted Hutchinson’s obvious nonsense. Later, in a sworn statement, Ornatos said he did not tell Hutchinson Trump got physical.
But immediately after Hutchinson testified, what we all knew would happen … happened: The former Trump aide became a media darling, a darling of the left, wrote a book, and enjoyed a media tour for that book where she was gushed over for being brave — even though by that time her testimony had been debunked.
Her testimony was ridiculous on its face, a mercenary attempt to center herself directly under the January 6 spotlight, which, at that time, guaranteed status, media affection, and royalties from book sales.

Cassidy Hutchinson remains the ultimate proof that if you say what Democrats and their media allies want you to say, you are immune from any kind of accountability.
Well, hopefully there will be some accountability now.


Commentary:
Since when has the truth mattered to Democrats, their "Select Committee", people like Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger?
They ignored the incessant lies coming from the Hillary and other top Democrat Progressives, this pales in comparison. Which of course is why - in contravention of federal law. Oddly, the J-6 documents were shredded before Trump took office in 25. Democrats needed to destroy the trail on any questions they had about Hutchinson and any other false accusations made by the "Select Committee".
This is a direct violation of Federal Law.
Shredding Congressional Committee records is generally a violation of federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2071 and 18 U.S.C. § 1505), as these are considered official, non-disposable records. Such actions, which constitute unauthorized disposition of federal records, are subject to penalties, including fines and imprisonment, according to 36 CFR Part 1230
It appears that Congressman Benny Thompson has a lot to answer for.
While Bobby Engel (driver) and Anthony Ornato (Deputy C of Staff) gave independent testimony that doesn't include her details about it becoming physical; grabbing the steering wheel, lunging towards his clavicle, then Hutchinson should serve time for perjury.
At the least, Cassidy deserves to have the process bankrupt her.

A court house is not open to the public...if you don't have business there you should not be there and can be arrested for entering....

The US capitol is known as the people's house and is open to the public... That's because it is the meeting place of Congress... the Senate and the House of Representatives... and its where elected officials represent the American people and debate issues... and craft laws... It serves as a symbol of American democracy and is open to the public... you stupid Mfer....
