The Big Uglies (B52s) will strike fear in them real quick. There will be civilian casualties. However, much more lives will be saved from ISIS torture murdering.
If we don't, then give them to Arab States and/or European States that will use them. ISIS has started killing Hamas in the Gaza strip and on the Egyptian Border.
