What's a school district to do when whites leave and they can't integrate white schools? Make them up! Change Asian, American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian and other Pacific Islanders to "white" to count toward the 25 percent "white enrollment" threshold. And they STILL can't integrate white schools, without whites.

We had thirty years of race-based busing here in PG County, MD, 1973 - 2002. Towards the end, after the county had become mostly black and the whites had moved further out or back into the city and chasing the poorer blacks out (democrats call it gentrify but it's really just left wing racism), we had schools that were 85% black busing kids cross-county to schools that were 88% black in order to prevent any schools having more than 87% blacks which was mandated by the court order (the numbers are an arbitrary guess but very close to the real mandate).
There's money and power to be gained and maintained in race politics, baby! Just ask the HNIC.

The GOP is stating to accept same-sex marriage is here to stay, even though it doesn't like it for religious reasons. Not all gay people are shunned by the GOP, but it is harder for them to be accepted than in the Democratic Party.
