Can't Access Control Panel

I haven't been able to find my CP, and hovered over my username and didn't see it either. Not sure where all the subscribed threads went...

Fourth option on the black bar underneath red-highlighted "Forums" button. I hovered over it but puu.sh strips out my mouse for some reason
