Seems that Elon is trying it.

It seems downright silly and guaranteed to fail to me but the world (and the US court system) are pretty fucked up right now so I could be wrong.

But if he succeeds this will open up a whole new type of lawsuit.

The site owners here might wanna sue "X" for not advertising on the site. Or google could sue every small business that doesn't have a listing. The possibilities are virtually endless.

 
You're talking about one of trump The Racist's elite who

1. Last year wanted people to come work for him and do it for free

2. This year wanted people to boycott Wikipedia because they put his nazi salute on their site.

Not sure exactly how a boycott would have worked since Wikipedia doesn't charge any money to use it.

I don't think so. If he's doing anything he's trying to prove collusion black listing. Almost impossible to do.
