The problem is not racial, it is cultural. Here in Jacksonville the protests are against the NYPD for shooting a Jacksonville native standing around in a stairwell just before Thanksgiving. The consensus here shared by police, protesters and everyone else is that the Urban north is run by an aging mafia that is having a dispute over the division of the spoils. Black foot soldiers such as Garner and Brown (a protege of his Bloods stepfather if I am not mistaken) are expendable pawns in this dispute. St. Louis and suburbs is run by the Outfit. That NYC is the main cash cow of the Commission is also fairly well known. That kid in Ohio was a criminal oops as was the killing of the Jacksonville man who was trying to get home to his mom for thanksgiving but where are the protests about their deaths?

I propose building abortion clinics in every inner city neighborhood and offer federally funded abortion services on demand to Black females. Such clinics should be spaced as close as possible to major projects to keep Black females from having to take a cab or city bus to and from such facilities. Condoms and birth control pills should be made readily available to all elementary, middle, and high schools and handed out freely and without cost to all Black females age ten or above.

Blacks who murder other Blacks should not be prosecuted or held accountable in any way. They are a product of their culture and murder is a natural way of life for Blacks. Only when they murder a member of another ethnic group should the full and swift force of the law fall hard and mercilessly upon their heads.

If one is to indulge in reason, one needs to establish a baseline from which to build a logical argument.

The one I would suggest would be to see each others as individuals rather than as members of a group, and to form consistent expectations for behavior irregardless of the group.

Race should not be an impediment, but neither should it be an excuse. For far too many, it is one or the other.
