Right now, President Trump is winning every swing state.

Sure, the margins are thin...about +1 on average.

But, if we use 2020 as a guide, Trump overperformed in every swing state except Pennsylvania...

So a Trump victory is very possible.

Especially as voting is already underway in many states, thanks to changes in early voting that Democrats championed. Crunch time is not coming, it's here. You might say "17 days left"...but in actually, time is up.

But that is neither here nor there for the sake of this thread.

The fact is Trump has a good chance of being the 47th president and only the second president to serve non-consecutive terms.

The question is, what effect would a Trump win have on the Democrat party? With all the time, effort, money and reputation they have staked on destroying President Trump, can the Democrat party survive this kind of repudiation?

Posts stating "Trump isn't going to win" will be ignored and removed as off topic.

For the purpose of this thread, President Trump is hypothetically the winner.

The question is...what happens to the Democrats and their allies in media.

It will be 273 at the most for Trump if he wins.

He will have one or none of the Congress chambers.

His mind is going, and the General and the DOJ will not let him or his flunkies get too stupid.

He will die in office the first year.

Of course, but under such circumstances the California and New York politicians would be weakened and forced to move back to the middle, look out for Americas Middle Class.

Caifornia and New York are just fine. If America puts this right wing extremist in charge we are in troublle.

This isn't 2020 and Trump is not winning any states right now.

never underestimate the devotion from useful idiots and mindless drones,,

The election has not been held. That's reality. So no one is winning anything right now.

Here is a reality check: In 2016, Hillary Clinton was up by 8 points at this time.

Poles, polls, and more ******* polls.

Don't pop your champagne yet.
Well, historically polls oversample Democrats...

Also historically the bad polling favors Democrats.

Polls on election day 2016 were Clinton +3.4 but the actual vote tally was only +2.1.

Polls on election day 2020 were Biden +7.2 but the actual vote tally was only +4.5.

And in the example in the OP state by state, not once did Biden over perform the polling.

Trump over performed every state but PA where the polling matched the vote tally.

Historically speaking, the polls are likely skewed in favor of Harris, not Trump.

But...that's not the point.

If Trump wins, what effect would that have on the Democrats, IYO?

Yeah right, everything overdoes for Democrats. Repubicans are just poor innocent victims.

Bullshit.

If the Chiefs are playing the Chargers and the score is 17-10 at the two minute warning...at that moment, the team that is ahead at that moment is winning the game.

The other team is behind.

Your team is behind.

My team is currently winning.

I have data.

You have bullshit.

Data vs bullshit...bullshit loses ever time.

It's not victimhood,. It's the reality that polls oversample Democrats.
You can find it in their own transparent methodology, if you took the time to look.

If you have some examples that contradict my conclusions...post them.

But since your every post is completely divorced from reality, I'm sorry, but "because IM2 said so" any good enough.

Nah, it is not. You may be on a winning drive, but you are not winning.

They typically poll more women than men and don't tell you. Since more women than men will vote for Kamala that skews the poll results. Kamala could lose 'bigly.'

The following is a lie by Leo123.

The conclusion is a possibility.

Interesting how TRUMP over performed in all the polls and Biden underperformed.
