With a sincere desire to avoid too many double entendres I think the news interest for Don Trump has just been double with the references to.....Stormy Daniels, and the illegal payoff.
A spokeswoman for the district attorney declined to comment.
Trump issued a lengthy, rambling statement in which he denied having an affair with Daniels and accused prosecutors of trying to “get Trump."
If charges are brought in connection to payoffs, they would likely focus on the alleged creation of false records to conceal the nature of the funds paid to Daniels. Michael Cohen, a former Trump lawyer, has said he fronted the money involved in the transactions and was reimbursed by his then-boss.

From this morning's New York Times:
"In October 2016, during the final weeks of the presidential campaign, the porn star Stormy Daniels was trying to sell her story of an affair with Mr. Trump.
At first, Ms. Daniels’s representatives contacted the National Enquirer to offer exclusive rights to her story. David Pecker, the tabloid’s publisher and a longtime ally of Mr. Trump, had agreed to look out for potentially damaging stories about him during the 2016 campaign, and at one point even agreed to buy the story of another woman’s affair with Mr. Trump and never publish it, a practice known as “catch and kill.”
But Mr. Pecker didn’t purchase Ms. Daniels’s story. Instead, he and the tabloid’s top editor, Dylan Howard, helped broker a separate deal between Mr. Cohen and Ms. Daniels’s lawyer.
Mr. Cohen paid $130,000, and Mr. Trump later reimbursed him from the White House."

Well, Stormy and her noticeable 'balcony' has the chance to once again insert some prurient interest into the Don Trump story. So be it. While the MAGA-Shaman, Jacob Chanslely, is fun and colorful......his chest is at a singular disadvantage to Stormy's doubled advantages.
And too, Stormy Stories are likely more fun than watching 4.5 years of collected Capitol videos that Tucker & Kevin are running on the cuckold channel, Fox.
At least, it would seem that way to my poor avatar.
I love this bar.

From today's Washington Post:
"New York prosecutors offer Trump a chance to testify before grand jury"
"Bragg’s office convened the grand jury to evaluate business-related matters including Trump’s role in hush money payments to adult-film actress Stormy Daniels during the 2016 presidential campaign that were classified as a legal expense, people with knowledge of the investigation have said. The long-running probe appeared to gain traction in recent months after seeming dormant for much of last year.A spokeswoman for the district attorney declined to comment.
