A better argument would have been -- Harris can't be President because her family owned slaves. A secondary argument is that Kamala has an IQ below 50.

They cited other cases in their argument, and even political heavy weights like Anne Coulter make the argument that anchor babies should not be allowed to run for president. So, IMO, the argument itself may have some merit?



They do themselves no favors by including a roundly discredited decision when they have plenty other cases on that list. . .
