If using a taser wasn't going to be sufficient enough, to me, that kid never should have been outside of a facility meant for people like him. I can't help but wonder if his mother could end up in trouble for not having him be in one.

A cop who can't control a 13 yr old is not a cop; several together who can't are a poor excuse for much of anything. Shooting an unarmed child who presents no immediate danger to anyone else is impossible to understand. Is the fact that "race" isn't involved make it a subject we can't discuss, because then is would become a "race" subject?
