Of course lots of black police officers lots of black men believe Chauvin was mistreated. …. if Floyd was white I would have the same view. That whole racist narrative thing is absurd and it was created by the media.

A number of flaws with The prosecution of Chauvin. One is the claim Chauvin went against the training methods of his police force…..he did not as we can see clearly here with regards to the so-called knee on the neck thing totally blown way out of proportion by the prosecution and the radical media.

But for a more precise in depth explanation of why Chauvin should be pardoned watch the video above. But of course none of this means anything to the radical people who believe Chauvin should be in jail. They cannot offer up a rebuttal they just keep repeating the same thing over and over to delude themselves into thinking that Chauvin should be in prison.

It’s a tragedy what’s going on to Chauvin and Donald Trump needs to speak out about this. It’s gone on long enough.

To those who out there especially my friends on the left, who believe that Chauvin is some kind of a racist monster and Floyd was this innocent angel. You can be disagreed with by people who are not racist. In other words, that’s just a fact there are plenty of people who are not racist who think Chauvin was mistreated. That’s just logical. Sure there might be some racist who just don’t like George Floyd because he’s black. But don’t get fooled, please.

Again I’ve said this many times if Floyd was white I would come to the same conclusion. Therefore, the people who believe that this whole thing is about racism and what not well that is an incorrect narrative.

It’s one thing to believe that Chauvin is guilty which btw post trail studies show that idea to be very flawed/wrong. It is a completely different thing and incorrect to believe this whole thing is about race and a “white cop versus a black victim”. That is a bad narrative that’s bad for the country.

Glad to see Elon Musk now weigh in on the calls for Derek Chauvin to be pardoned. Donald Trump needs to speak up. I mean he is the president of the United States. I don’t know if he previously said Chauvin should be in prison. We now know that Chauvin should not be in prison. This has gone on long enough. It’s a travesty of justice.

How much do you want to bet the other people Chauvin killed, or was part of the episode, we also black?

"He's been involved in several police shootings and has been the subject of complaints by the city's Civilian Review Authority and the Office of Police Conduct reviews on 10 occasions."

"In 2006, Chauvin was among six officers to respond to a stabbing, according to a 2016 report from the Minnesota activist group Communities United Against Police Brutality."

1) Wayne Reyes

"The report said Wayne Reyes, who was suspected of stabbing his girlfriend and a friend, was stopped in his truck by the responding officers. Six police officers fired upon and killed him, according to the report, which said the police accused Reyes of pointing a shotgun at the officers."

2) Ira Latrell Toles

"Two years later, just after 2 o'clock one morning in 2008, Chauvin responded to a 911 domestic-assault call in the Phillips neighborhood of Minneapolis, the Pioneer Press reported."

"Chauvin and his police-force partner entered the home, confronting Ira Latrell Toles, whose partner had made the 911 call. Toles ran from the pair, but "they caught and tried to subdue him," a police statement said. The statement said Toles "grabbed at one of the officer's guns," and Chauvin shot him in the torso."

3) Leroy Martinez

"In 2011, Chauvin was involved in a third police shooting.

He was among five officers to respond to reports of a shooting. Leroy Martinez, a 23-year-old Alaska Native, was spotted running from the scene, and the officers gave chase, local news reported."

"The police said Martinez brandished a pistol as he fled. Terry Nutter, one of the responding officers, shot Martinez."

Wayne Reyes, Ira Latrell Toles and Leroy Martinez

So, two out of the three involved Chauvin shooting someone, and that someone just happened to be black, or darker colored skin.

And it has nothing to do with race? I don't believe that.

Yeah, nothing wrong with killing black people. If you kill white people, lock you up forever. But black people, shouldn't have even gone to court.

I doubt any of the black people that Chauvin killed were particularly nice people. But he managed to never get accused of killing white people, only black people. How is that? Is that the job of the police? To shoot black criminals dead for no reason?

But for a more precise in depth explanation of why Chauvin should be pardoned watch the video above.

No need to. I was originally shocked by the arrest of Chauvin, and yes I know Chauvin had some history of complaints against him. What cop doesn't these days? What bothered me was Chauvin apparently ignoring calls from pedestrians that Floyd wasn't OK. If Chauvin had checked on Floyd sooner, Floyd might have lived.

But upon review of all of the facts and the autopsy report, it is clear that there wasn't pressure enough to either block the jugular or carotid arteries to the brain, nor obstruct his airway.

Floyd died of a combination of heavy exertion fighting arrest with the effects of several drugs he ingested. Then he was railroaded by the community in order to placate BLM and all the black riots of 2020.

The worst of it all was that Floyd's family became millionaires because of their son's criminal and drug history.

IMHO...that coppers did not kill St George of the Hood BUT was complaisant in his death. I remember hearing St George of the Hood saying he couldn't breath numberous times. Before his one last one on the Earth.

..I wonder to MTF what part it played. I mean you can just look at the copper and tell he was a walking power tripper. Another thing (against him) he is restraining a prisoner while his hand is in his pocket. I'm not a cop but I know...it is just something you don't know. Why stir people up...it how riots start. (no scrasm)

Andrew....the guy was on the ground and wasn't going anywhere. Even if all the coppers weight was on his shoulder...it was over kill. (no pun)

IMHO...the guy should have been found guilty of manslaughter and give 10 years w/. Let me also mention...I am clueless on how anyone would think he would get a fair trial.

Of course it is racially connected. Blacks are statistically 5X more likely to get into trouble with the law and are much more prone to object to authority figures, so naturally, it isn't surprising at all when blacks figure prominently in many crime statistics.

It isn't necessarily a police thing, nor a race thing, but a BLACK CRIME thing.

NO...they need to have a good reason.

I remember those giant headlines: White cops kill blackman for jaywalking.

I wonder what planet the editor was from...printing something that irresponsible.

The guy tried to take 5-0's gun on video. It's a death sentence !

I think the denial of a change in venue in itself is enough cause for a re-trial. What are the chances of getting a fair and impartial jury in a globally covered incident in such a liberal shithole?

My friend, all of this has been responded to. And it looks like you did not watch the video. All of your points are repeated nonstop by folks who lie about people being racist who make everything about black versus white. It’s not good for the country.

For a more in detail response to all of your points and more watch the video in the original post. There is the answer to your concerns.

Again Donald Trump has a duty to speak up about this. He is the president of the United States. He can at least influence the situation by speaking up about it.

To you and toob,

All I can say is to please watch the video in the original post. Of course you don’t have to, but it is imperative to the discussion and it does a much better job of explaining the situation compared to myself. That includes the point about Floyd being on the ground and the training that Chauvin utilized during the arrest. Also one of the cops(the Asian one)involved in the arrest of Floyd who is now free has explained that Chauvin was definitely not a racist and that there was basically a media frenzy… a trial by media and a mob. That’s what happened to Chauvin.

And yes a manslaughter charge would in theory make more sense….but so would a not guilty.

Even the Klan leader Donald Trump said it was a sickening thing to watch and didn`t want to watch it again. Chauvin with his hand in his pocket was a nice touch.

LMBAO at the OP.

Chauvinist, I mean Chauvin is lucky he didn't face the death penalty for his vile and gruesome crime.

Floyd was no angel.
Chauvain was and is a racist monster.

First off, liberal Minnesota doesn't have the death penalty and second, they would have to prove premeditation. George Floyd wasn't worth a day in even your life.

How long does it take for someone who has ingested twice lethal dose of Fentanyl to die? To become "incoherent."

I've actually personally observed it. The person is incoherent in 2 minutes, dead in 5-10.

There was at least 20 minutes in between when was the latest time Floyd could have ingested the Fentanyl and when he told everyone watching the 100% spot on accurate truth "they're gonna kill me."

YOU LOVE Chauvin because Chauvin's real job was to off 911 truthers. Chauvin had 6 other "deaths" prior to Floyd and the Coroner, the same one, cleared him on all 6..... and 5 were whites...
