Blacks-13 percent

Whites are 77 percent of the workforce.
They are 80 percent of the management.
Blacks are 12.3 percent of the workforce
Blacks are 9 percent of the management.

Judging by achievement isn’t correct. You are ignoring the behavior that leads to or blocks achievement. When blacks start having most of their babies within marriage, and drop their violent crime rate to that of whites, then we’ll talk. Until then, take responsibility for the irresponsible behavior that holds more blacks down and stop blaming ****** because black kids looted a store or sucker-punched an elderly Asian lady or took a machete to an Orthodox Rabbi.
