California legislators have been told to expect a deficit of $10 billion or more even if revenues do not fall due to higher than anticipated spending.

Critics note that the $10 billion figure matches estimated costs of the state’s expansion of eligibility for Medi-Cal, the state’s taxpayer-financed health care system, to all income-qualifying illegal immigrants.

In February, state officials said California had spent $9.5 billion thus far on Medi-Cal services for illegal immigrants, The Center Square first reported, resulting in California Gov. Gavin Newsom requesting a $6.4 billion emergency bailout to fund the program for the remainder of the fiscal year.

No doubt, many of you on the looney left will be reaching out to Newsom to explain to him illegals don't get free medical.

Two options.

Take California to Federal court, mostly the SCOTUS, and demand they put an end to California and ALL other states from giving benefits to illegals. The preferred method is that Bondi can control which court hears the case.

Or just stop sending medicare money to any state that refused to end the grifting of Federal dollars to illegals and then wait for the case to make its way up the food chain.

I'd stick it to Newsom so hard that his grandchildren, if he ever has any, will have a size 12 ass sphincter.

Want to hear something sick?

Ontario's fiscal year runs from April 1 to March 31. As of the 2025 budget released in May, the province projected a deficit of $14.6 billion for the current 2025-26 fiscal year.

California which would be the 7th largest economy in the world if it were its own nation, 2.5x our population and we have 46% more debt this year alone!

I don't think that DJT would be willing to sign off on bailout for California.

If not mistaken, Canada is pretty tight on who gets healthcare. Guessing illegals aren't allowed.
