I'm so glad I moved from that cesspool when I did (late 1990s). I currently live in a Utah County that doesn't even require smog testing. I'm sure that will change as Californians move eastward into my State. They voted for their woke, leftist leadership because of a brain infection called liberalism. When they can no longer afford Kalifornia ... they'll bring their votes here and screw things up for the rest of us.
