LEFT coast states have RIGGED elections for Democrats. They rig all sorts of votes out here. Stymied by the people voting no to endless jacked up school taxes Democrats changed the law that required at least 50% of voters to vote on a tax increase for it to be valid. The lowered that threshold to 25%.

THEN they put a jacked up sky high tax increase on the ballot. If it gets voted down they run a special election again in 3 months, then 3 months after that, and 3 months after that and go right on holding these special elections until they can catch voters sleeping and slip it past with only 25% of voters actually voting. Since they RIGGED it the taxes have skyrocketed.

A few years ago there was a story that California government inspections and regulations added over $100k to the cost of building a home. God knows how long the delays are.

Agreed, however, the Palisades has been around for generations. It's not like this is happening every few years there. The bulk of the issue has been the state's mismanagement of resources.
